FAQs
Custom Jewelry Process
How does the custom process work?
① Share your idea → ② We create a CAD design → ③ You approve design & quote → ④ Artisan crafting → ⑤ Delivered to you. See our How It Works page for details.
How long does a custom piece take?
Typically 7–10 business days after design approval. Complex designs may take longer—we’ll confirm the timeline upfront.
Can I make changes to the design?
Yes. Unlimited revisions during the design stage. We won’t begin production until you’re happy.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Whether you have a clear vision or just a starting point, we’ll help you shape it.
Pricing & Payment
How much does custom jewelry cost?
It depends on material, gemstone, and craftsmanship. Options start from $500—we’ll work within your budget.
Is there a design fee?
Yes. A $100 design deposit begins the CAD process. It’s fully credited toward your final order.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipping.
Materials & Craftsmanship
What materials do you use?
925 sterling silver, 14k gold, 18k gold, natural diamonds, natural gemstones, lab-grown diamonds, lab-grown gemstones, and natural pearls.
Do you work with lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We believe they offer a more sustainable and accessible path to fine jewelry—same properties as natural diamonds.
Can I use my own stones?
Absolutely. Heirloom stones or ones you’ve sourced yourself—we’ll design a setting around them.
Shipping & Care
How long does shipping take?
Typically 15–25 business days. International shipping available—contact us for a quote.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Lifetime repair service covering craftsmanship defects and normal wear.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are final sale. But we offer unlimited revisions during design and lifetime repair after delivery.
